Through our integrative process with project teams, clients, contractors and Brands, we collaborate to create an open exploration of project goals and potential obstacles resulting in practical solutions. Every project follows a series of defined stages adopting a systematic approach to the project environment.

INITIAL MEETING

The design and procurement process involve a preliminary meeting in which the scope of the project, the client’s goals and vision, and the timeline is discussed. This is also a perfect opportunity for you to know our team and to learn about their expertise.

PRE-APPROVAL OF DESIGN & DRAWINGS

This process takes the design intent/concept from the information garnered during the initial meeting. During this stage, we will offer you a range of ideas, concepts, and compare alternate solutions, preliminary plans and drawings, and initial estimated cost.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT TO APPROVAL

Exploration of the design materials and finishes for final approval is completed. Potential consultants and vendors are engaged and integrated into the process. If required, a mock-room is installed for quality and design approval.

PRODUCTION & PROCUREMENT

As soon as the design and shop drawing approval comes through, the production of the specified items begins. Additional shop drawings are compiled ensuring a smooth process. Getting the right Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) and Materials And Finishes in place is essential to the success.

QUALITY CONTROL

Strict quality control of product making is done to meet North American standards. Our team is constantly present in production processes, as we believe the Quality, Delivery and On-Time management Processes are all linked through an Accurate Quality Control. we have QC Teams in our production facilities in China that manages all processes of production up to shipment.

INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK

Inspection of machinery and raw materials to be used prior to production is done at this stage. This would include humidity testing for wood and veneer as well as fire retardant qualities of fabrics and foams to be used.

DURING PRODUCTION CHECK

Control and recommendations for production processes and capacity are ongoing. This step monitors the production process for quality and consistency.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

This inspection guarantees the conformity of production to the client’s specifications. All packaging and quantities are verified to avoid breakage during shipment

SHIPMENT CHECK & INSPECTION

This is necessitated to guarantee that the finished and packed goods meet client specifications (product type and quantity) and are securely loaded for shipment.
